We collect information you provide when creating an account including your name, email address, phone number, and profile photo. Mechanics additionally provide government-issued ID photos for verification purposes. We collect location data when you use the app to connect customers with nearby mechanics. We collect vehicle information, job descriptions, messages, and payment information processed through our payment provider.
We use your information to operate the Myku marketplace, connect customers with mechanics, process payments, send notifications about jobs and bids, and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We collect your location to show nearby mechanics or jobs. Location is only collected while using the app.
Messages, photos, and reviews you post are visible to other users as necessary to complete services. We reserve the right to remove content that violates our terms.
You may delete your account at any time from the app Settings screen. Upon deletion all personal data is permanently removed from our systems.
