Myku is a marketplace platform that connects vehicle owners with independent mobile mechanics. Myku does not employ mechanics and is not responsible for the quality of work performed. All services are provided by independent contractors.
You are responsible for providing accurate information. Mechanics are responsible for the services they perform. Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and location information.
Mechanics are required to upload a government-issued ID which is reviewed by Myku admin. Myku does not perform background checks or verify professional certifications.
Payment terms are agreed upon between the customer and mechanic. Myku is not responsible for payment disputes.
You agree not to post offensive, harmful, or misleading content. Myku reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these terms.
You may delete your account at any time from the app Settings screen.
Myku is not liable for any damages arising from use of the platform or services performed by mechanics listed on the platform.
